The key performance indicators (“KPIs”) of our business are occupancy and average rental rate, which drive the revenue of our business. These KPIs, along with underlying EBITDAR, are reported below as well as within the annual report.
Dividend (pence per share)
* Underlying EBITDAR is defined as Operating Profit before exceptional items, share-based payments, corporate transaction costs, change in fair value of derivatives, gain/loss on investment properties, depreciation, the net profit from joint ventures and associates, interest and tax. It has been renamed to ensure the name more closely reflects the nature of the financial measure.
